We just came back from a 5-day filming trip in Toronto. On the way back we stopped at Niagara Falls.
Nik Wallenda, whose family business for generations has been tightrope walking, will walk a tightrope over Niagara Falls. How the heck did he get them to agree to do it? He promised them $20 million in tourism because of his stunt. The feat itself is costing him $1 million, and with all the Wallenda-Niagara T-shirts for sale there, he hopes to just break even.
Here’s a video I took with my iPhone of where Nik will be walking in the air.
