I am so honored to be quoted in the same article alongside Jay Conrad Levinson, who wrote the book on Guerrilla Marketing.

I <3 some of the marketing ideas listed in this article, especially the Youtube video made from an angry customer’s phone call.  They used a perceived weakness and made it into a strength.  I won’t embed the original version here because the angry customer was very potty-mouthed.  But if you think you can handle the censored version, here it is:
